Hiking in the Polhov Gradec Hills

The Polhov Gradec Dolomites, also known as the Polhov Gradec Hills, Polhograjci, or Pograjci, are a Slovenian geographical region bordered to the north by the slightly higher Škofja Loka Hills and to the south by the Ljubljana Basin or Ljubljana Marshes. Jakob, Osolnik, Grmada, and Tošč are among the most popular hiking destinations.
