Autumn under the Hayrack

The Pirniče Tourism Society, in collaboration with the Pr’Črnet organic farm, organises this ethnological culinary event, where you can learn everything about growing and processing flax (flax seeds, flax oil, etc.). Growing of buckwheat and cabbage will also be in focus. You will be able to learn about traditional local dishes made from buckwheat and cabbage (buckwheat žganci, rolled dumplings, buckwheat bread, minestrone soup, etc.). Local producers and growers will present their products at stalls.
